Refund & Cancellation Policy

Diya packs and HD photos are digital and delivered instantly, so we can't cancel them once delivered. But agar kuch galat hua, hum theek karenge.

Full refund when

• Money was deducted but your diyas or HD photo were not delivered.
• You were charged twice for the same order.
• A technical problem on our side stopped you from using what you paid for.

Paise kate par order nahi hua?

If a payment fails, your bank or UPI app usually reverses it automatically in 5–7 working days. If it shows as successful but nothing was delivered, write to us — we check every such case.

How to ask

Email contact@ekcrorediye.in within 7 days of payment with the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_) or the phone number used. We reply within 2 working days.

Timeline

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in 5–7 working days. We will email you the refund ID.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before payment is completed. Closing the payment window before paying cancels the order automatically — no money is taken.

Not refundable

• Delivered diyas or HD photos you changed your mind about.
• Messages rejected in review (the diya itself stays lit).
