Terms of Use

Ek Crore Diye (ekcrorediye.in) is run by Ek Crore Diye, Ek Crore Diye, Ground Floor, Ladwa, Kurukshetra, Haryana 136132, India. Site use karke aap in terms se sehmat hain. By using the site or paying for any product you agree to these terms.

1. Kya hai Ek Crore Diye

A festive campaign where people light digital diyas — symbolic images with a counter — and make Diwali photo frames. Digital diyas are not physical goods, are not a donation, and are not linked to any charity or cause. There are no prizes, lucky draws or "chance to win" of any kind. The Jyot se Jyot flame is only a visual on your card.

2. No login

There is no account or OTP. Every diya is lit with a paid pack; the phone number you give at Razorpay checkout identifies your order.

3. Paid products and prices

• Diya packs: 1 diya ₹11, 5 diye ₹51, 11 diye ₹101; premium card design +₹10; HD family photo ₹21; HD photo + 5 diye ₹51.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all taxes.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Products are digital and delivered instantly after payment is confirmed — see the Delivery Policy.
• Your diya card, gift page and photo export stay available for the campaign period (until 31 December 2026). Please download anything you want to keep.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

• Names, city and messages you enter can appear publicly on your diya card, gift page and leaderboard.
• Messages are shown only after review. We may reject or remove anything abusive, hateful, sexual, political, misleading, or that names private people without consent.
• Do not enter phone numbers, addresses or other personal details in messages.
• Your family photo stays on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you frame and share.

5. Acceptable use

No bots, scraping, fake referrals, attempts to bypass payment, or attacks on the service. We may suspend misuse without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, diya cards and frame artwork belong to Ek Crore Diye or its licensors. You may share your own card and framed photo for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, resell or reuse the artwork elsewhere.

7. Changes and availability

We may update these terms, prices or features; the version on this page applies. The campaign may end after Diwali 2026.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Counters, ranks and milestones are best-effort and may be corrected. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kurukshetra, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
